It's my very own Shi'Rah charachter Shinobey. I have grown to really really like him, so I might draw him even after the contest is over... in case I have enough time. Xp
I won't spend much time describing his appeareance, since most of it is obvious. I will just add a few note which I think are important.
Looks:
+ Shinobey's mane is originally pale pink, but when he let's it grow it quickly fades into brighter shades until it someday becomes totally white at the tips.
+ His eyes are golden green.
+ He has a little fuzzy "moustached" snout
Behaviour:
+ He is usually a very reserved guy, not showing much obvious emotion. Since he is working at a court though, he knows how to act politely and friendly for the sake of politics, what doesn't mean he is false.
+ He is afraid of the "outside" world, meanind: the open sky and anything, that has no walls.
+ He is gentle and shy and very androgynus.
Biography
Attention!
The following notes are only for people who don't think they will read the story about Shinobey. If you prefer to read about his life as he tells about it, please read this --> [link]
+ lost (so it seemed) his entire family during an ambush of the primal enemy of the Shi'Rah
+ was found by the young prince VannabendenRah, brought into his mound and kept alive
+ spent two years in one and the same room, being neither alive nor dead
+ created a deep bond to VannabendenRah
+ when he finally came back to his senses he swore his life to his saviour and started searching for some occupation in order to be of use --> becomes tailor
+ never leaves the dwelling for over 12 years
+ bond to VannabendenRah grows more intense
+ he becomes royal tailor
+ VannabendenRah finds Ashinabey, Shinobey's youngest sister, which had survived after all, what leads to Shinobey's heart opening up
+ Vannabenden and Shinobey become mates, Shinobe refuses though to accept the official title of a primary mate for political reasons

In general, yes. But for a whole while now I won't be open for any new art trades. I am too loaded with other things and once in a while I'd also love to ask a few people myself. :}
I hope that's udnerstandable.

Wonderful patterning on the wings! And stunning anatomy, as always.

Many people, meeting Aziraphale for the first time, formed three impressions: that he was English, that he was intelligent, and that he was gayer than a tree full of monkeys on nitrous oxide.
That background in the frame is lovely, it's almost a tease to have it so small, and yet what an interesting way to frame it. I love the cloth and accessories, you always seem to know just what to do with those - I envy you. Something about the softness to the face I adore... hm.
This is magnificant, I LOVE the wings.. and the expression and pose, great job!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
